Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to say that I created an account on itch.io specifically to express my complete appreciation for this unique and wholesome game. I truly love that it’s not just about feeding stray cats. there’s something so special about the idea of taking care of these adorable kittens and the option to adopt them as well. My girlfriend and I have been hoping for multiplayer support for this, my girlfriend really adores cats, so it would be wonderful to be able to care for the cats together, but I completely understand if that’s not something the developer plans to include. :)
I do have a few suggestions that I think could make the game even more enjoyable:
Cat Profiles: It would be fantastic to have detailed profiles for the cats you adopt, and even for the stray ones you encounter. Things like discovering their likes and dislikes, gender, adoption dates, their personality traits, and their relationships with you and other cats would help make each cat feel more unique and allow for deeper, more personal connections.
Stray Variations: I think it would be lovely if stray cats could come in a wider variety of appearances too, such as different shapes, fur lengths, eye colors, and age groups. This would help distinguish them from one another and add even more charm to the experience as well.
Cat Customization: Allowing players to customize their adopted cats with accessories like collars, bows, and hats would be a fun way to add a personal touch to each cat.
Cat Interactions with the Environment: It would be great if the cats could interact more with their surroundings, such as climbing trees, hiding in boxes, or playing with objects. These interactions would make the game world feel more alive and dynamic.
Community Features: While I understand that multiplayer support might not be in the plans, it would still be wonderful to have a feature where players can visit each other’s “cat homes”.
Behavioral Growth: I’d love to see the cats evolve over time based on the care and attention they receive. For example, some cats might become more affectionate, while others might develop more independent behaviors. This would add depth to the relationships with the cats and make the experience feel more rewarding.
Weather Impact: I understand the developer’s sensitivity to sudden changes between bright and dark, especially considering personal experiences with eye strain from colorful games. I think it would still be wonderful to have a subtle weather system, where gentle rain or sunny days could influence the cats' behavior perhaps they’d be more likely to nap during rain or enjoy basking in the sun without causing discomfort from drastic lighting changes.
Cat Mischief: I think it would be fun if the cats could occasionally get into mischief. knocking over vases, shredding paper, or stealing food. These little, playful moments would add humor to the game and make the cats feel more like real, unpredictable companions.
Once again, thank you so much for creating this wonderful game. I can’t wait for it to get more attention, not just in terms of game updates, but in terms of the love and support it truly deserves from the players. Keep up the amazing work, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds. :)

The one thing that is least likely is multiplayer features, since I’m not sure it really suits a game like this, and I don’t have the skills or resources required to implement it, but everything else is absolutely things I’d love to add.
